Yoga
“Practice and all is coming!”

Vinyasa Yoga
In dynamic Vinyasa classes, breath and movement are linked together in flowing sequences. In the calmer Hatha Flow classes, postures (asanas) are held longer and explored more deeply.
These practices strengthen and stretch the muscles, gently train the cardiovascular system, and bring harmony between body and mind. Yoga not only builds strength and flexibility — it also cultivates balance, inner calm, and resilience for everyday life.
Yin Yoga & Yoga Nidra
Yin Yoga is a meditative style of yoga designed for release and letting go. Seated and lying poses are held for three to five minutes, targeting the fascia and connective tissues. This helps reduce stiffness, prevent back pain, and improve mobility.
Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation that shifts brainwave activity, leading to profound physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. The body rests while the mind remains awake and aware.
Together, Yin and Nidra create a perfect path to deep relaxation, stress reduction, and inner contentment. This combination supports the immune system and helps prevent stress-related illness.
Ashtanga Primary Series
Ashtanga Yoga is a powerful, flowing practice based on a fixed sequence of postures. It strengthens the body, sharpens focus, and develops discipline through repetition and breath-led movement.
